of the Kenai Wild salmon family, these wild
salmon are sought after for their unique flavor
and bright red, extra firm texture. We select
only #1 grade fish that are bled and iced
immediately after being caught and then rushed
to our plant. Flash Frozen Fillets are available
all year. Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, with its
spectacular red meat color and superior taste
will enhance the most discriminating chef.
Boneless, skin on one side, these wild salmon
fillets are recommended for all! Don't miss this
